Walk-in || Sn Recruiter

• 3 months to 2 years of recruitment experience.
• Prior experience in a recruitment consultancy/staffing organization preferred.
• Candidates with exposure to both IT and Non-IT hiring will be strongly preferred.

• The ideal candidate is a high-energy, target-oriented recruiter who can independently manage requirements from sourcing to closure and is comfortable handling both IT and Non-IT recruitment mandates in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Hands-on experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment.
• Strong sourcing and candidate identification skills.
• Good knowledge of LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
• Ability to understand technical JDs and identify relevant IT skill sets.
• Strong candidate screening and assessment skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Good negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment targets.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and priorities.
