Job Role

SMFG India Credit is hiring Telugu Callers to handle customer calls related to loan accounts, repayments, collections, and service requests.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls in Telugu.
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate information.
• Resolve queries related to loans, repayments, and collections.
• Maintain call quality and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Record and follow up on customer requests within defined TAT.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Experience in Customer Support, Telecalling, Contact Centre, Banking, NBFC, or Fintech is an advantage.
• MUST BE WELL VERSED IN TELUGU.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
