Walk-in || Sme Sales Executive - Walkin For Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam

Role & responsibilities

• Track subscription and contract expiration dates, initiate early outreach, and oversee the complete renewal workflow from notice
• Act as the main point of contact for clients during renewals, confirming intent, answering questions, and demonstrating the ongoing value of services
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and multi-year agreements within company guidelines to maximize retention and revenue
• Identify potential cross-sell, upsell, or expansion opportunities during renewal talks to increase account value
• Maintain accurate records of pipeline health, expected close dates, and revenue projections within CRM platforms like Salesforce

Preferred candidate profile

• Must be Graduate
• Must know any Of the below Language (Kannada, Malayalam and Tamil )
• Should have atleast 6 months of expirence or one year into Insurance
• Should be comfortable with sales and Targets
