Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage labor resources, including supervising workers and coordinating tasks to meet project deadlines.
  
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
  
• Develop and maintain effective communication channels with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  
• Oversee construction projects on site, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (site supervision).
  
• Excellent labour control and management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing tasks effectively.
