Walk-in || Site Supervisor - Singapore !

We are currently hiring for an urgent S Pass opportunity with a reputed Main Contractor in Singapore.

Position: : Site Supervisor

Industry : Construction (Main Contractor)

Pass Type: : S Pass

Salary: : SGD 3,000 SGD 3,500+ (Based on experience)

Working Hours: : Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and coordinate daily construction site activities.

* Monitor site progress according to approved drawings and specifications.

* Coordinate with the Project Manager, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities.

* Supervise Site Engineers, Supervisors, Foremen, and workers.

* Ensure quality workmanship and timely defect rectification.

* Maintain site safety compliance in coordination with the WSH Officer.

* Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and project progress.

* Prepare and maintain site documentation, reports, and progress updates.

Candidate Requirements

* Strong experience in construction site management.

* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

* Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

* Experience in managing site progress, quality, safety, and manpower.

* Relevant Singapore construction experience is preferred.
