Role & responsibilities

Project Manager

• Plan, manage, and execute projects within the approved time, cost, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, QS, contractors, consultants, and clients.
• Monitor daily project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Control project budget, materials, manpower, and resources effectively.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, drawings, specifications, and statutory requirements.
• Resolve project issues, provide management updates, and ensure successful project handover.

Site Engineer

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and vendors.
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and daily productivity.
• Check quality of civil, structural, finishing, and other site works.

QS

• Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings and BOQs.
• Prepare estimates and cost calculations for construction works.
• Prepare and review BOQs and rate analysis.
• Verify contractor bills and work completion measurements.
• Monitor project costs against the approved budget.
• Prepare interim payment certificates and payment recommendations.
