Role Overview:

Hiring 2 energetic, presentable Showroom Sales & Display Associates to manage our organized footwear sample display floor and assist visiting retail shop owners and commercial buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Display & Merchandising: Maintain our sample display racks across all footwear lines (Gents, Ladies EVA, Kids PU, and School collections).

Ensure all sample shoes face forward, barcode tags are clearly visible, and shelves are cleaned daily.

• Retail Buyer Assistance: Greet visiting retail shoe store owners, guide them across brand collections, show new arrivals, and record their sample selections.

• Slip Handover: Promptly hand over buyer selection slips to the billing counter and godown staff for order fulfillment.

• Sample Integrity: Ensure sample shoes remain organized and are never misplaced or removed from racks without replacement.

Requirements:

• 0 to 3 years experience in retail counter sales, showroom customer handling, or footwear/apparel sales (Energetic freshers welcome).

• Active, customer-friendly personality.

• Spoken Languages: Fluent Telugu and Hindi.

• Timings: 10:00 AM 9:00 PM (Wholesale market hours).

Salary & Perks: • 12,000 – 16,000 per month (based on experience) + Monthly Attendance Bonus.
