Walk-in || Showroom Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers visiting the showroom.
• Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budgets.
• Explain and demonstrate decorative lighting products, features, and applications.
• Recommend suitable lighting solutions based on customer needs and interior requirements.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with prospective customers.
• Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
• Generate repeat business and referrals through strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with customers, designers, architects, and internal teams as required.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotations, orders, and follow-ups.
• Ensure the showroom and product displays are maintained to a high standard.
• Stay updated on new products, lighting trends, and design concepts.

Required Skills

• 2 to 5 years of experience in showroom, retail, or consultative sales.
• Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
• Good verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products.
• Strong sales orientation with a target-driven approach.
• Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Interest in decorative lighting, interiors, home dcor, or design will be an advantage.
• Basic computer skills for preparing quotations and maintaining customer records.
• Graduate in any discipline.

Candidates from decorative lighting, electrical products, furniture, interiors, home dcor, sanitaryware, tiles, modular kitchens, appliances, or premium retail backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
