Role & responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Employee Central incidents, service requests, and system issues.
• Manage configuration changes related to Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, Business Rules, and Workflows.
• Support employee lifecycle processes including Hire, Rehire, Transfer, Promotion, and Termination.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.
• Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT teams for issue resolution.
• Configure and maintain Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
• Monitor system integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP/non-SAP applications.
• Support release management activities and quarterly SuccessFactors upgrades.
• Execute data loads using Import tools and monitor scheduled jobs.
• Prepare functional specifications, support documentation, and knowledge articles.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and support governance processes.
