Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Consultant to design, implement, configure, and support ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Provisioning & Governance, and IT infrastructure management.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain ServiceNow ITOM modules including:
• Discovery
• Service Mapping
• Event Management
• Cloud Management
• Operational Intelligence
• Gather business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
• Configure Discovery schedules, MID Servers, patterns, and probes.
• Design and implement Service Mapping for business services and applications.
• Integrate monitoring tools such as:
• SolarWinds
• Dynatrace
• AppDynamics
• Splunk
• LogicMonitor
• SCOM
• Configure and manage Event Management, alert correlation, and remediation workflows.
• Maintain CMDB health and data quality through governance and automation.
• Develop and configure workflows, business rules, orchestration, and integrations.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, security, and application teams.
• Support ITOM implementations, upgrades, migrations, and enhancement projects.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and provide production support.
• Conduct UAT, deployment, and knowledge transfer sessions.
