Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow HRSD Consultant to design, implement, and support Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HR Case Management, Employee Center, Knowledge Management, Lifecycle Events, Document Management, and HR process automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document HR business requirements.
• Implement and configure ServiceNow HRSD modules, including:
• HR Case Management
• Employee Center / Employee Service Center
• HR Knowledge Management
• Lifecycle Events
• Document Management
• Enterprise Onboarding & Transitions
• Design and configure HR services, case workflows, and employee journeys.
• Build and maintain HR service catalogs and knowledge bases.
• Configure case assignment rules, approvals, SLAs, and notifications.
• Develop workflows and automations using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with third-party HR systems such as:
• Workday
• SAP SuccessFactors
• Oracle HCM
• ADP
• Configure employee self-service portals and virtual agent capabilities.
• Support data migration, upgrades, enhancements, and platform releases.
• Conduct testing, UAT, deployment, and end-user training.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Security, and Compliance teams to ensure data privacy and process efficiency.
