Job Title: ServiceNow GRC Developer

Experience: 5 -13 Years

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow GRC Developer to design, implement, and support Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC/IRM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• 5 to 7 years of strong hands-on experience in the ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) application.
• Deep expertise in GRC configuration, including:
• - Policy and Compliance Management (policies, controls, attestations)
• - Risk Management (risk statements, assessments, indicators)
• - Entity Scoping (Entity Types, Entity Classes, hierarchies)
• - Audit Management (engagements, findings, issues)
• Advanced platform development experience:
• - Business Rules, Script Includes (within scoped apps), UI Actions
• - Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Catalog Client Scripts
• - Strong proficiency in JavaScript & Glide APIs
• - Expertise in Flow Designer and creating GRC-specific workflows and automations
• Integration experience, particularly with risk and compliance data sources (e.g., Archer, MetricStream):
• - Inbound and Outbound REST/SOAP APIs
