Must Have:

• Develop and configure AI Agents using ServiceNow AI Agent Studio (Yokohama/Zurich releases)
• Design and implement LLM Topics and prompt configurations
• Build and customize solutions using the Now Assist Skills Kit
• Create domain-specific AI workflows for ITSM, HRSD, and CSM use cases
• Optimize prompts, grounding, and responses for accuracy and relevance
• Integrate AI agents with workflows, knowledge base, and enterprise data sources
• Monitor AI performance and continuously improve conversation quality

Good to Have:

• Hands-on experience with Now Assist, AI Agent Studio, and LLM topic configuration
• Strong understanding of GenAI concepts, prompt engineering, and LLM orchestration
• Experience with ServiceNow platform scripting (Glide, Flow Designer)
• Familiarity with knowledge grounding and contextual AI design

Essential

• Hands-on experience with Now Assist, AI Agent Studio, and LLM topic configuration

Minimum Qualification:

• 15 years of full-time education
• Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
