ServiceNow Developer (ITSM + Any One Module) | Face-to-Face Drive Chennai Experience: 4 to 13 Years Location: Chennai (Face-to-Face Interview) Interview Date: 10th October 2026 (Saturday) Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Preferred Job Description We are looking for experienced ServiceNow Developers with strong expertise in ITSM and hands-on experience in at least one additional ServiceNow module such as HRSD, SecOps, GRC, IRM, CMDB, ITOM, or Custom Application Development .Mandatory Skills

• 4 to 13 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Request Management).
• Experience in at least one of the following modules:
• HRSD
• SecOps
• GRC / IRM
• CMDB
• ITOM
• Custom Application Development
• Hands-on experience with:
• Client Scripts
• Business Rules
• Script Includes
• UI Policies
• UI Actions
• Flow Designer
• IntegrationHub
• Strong JavaScript knowledge.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
• Understanding of Agile methodology and ServiceNow best practices.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow solutions.
• Configure and enhance ITSM and other ServiceNow modules.
• Develop workflows, catalog items, integrations, and custom applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Follow ServiceNow development standards and best practices.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in enterprise ServiceNow implementations.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality solutions.
• ServiceNow CSA and/or CAD certification preferred.
• Module-specific certifications will be an added advantage.
• Candidates available for an in-person interview in Chennai on 10th October 2026 (Saturday) are highly preferred.
