Key Responsibilities:

ServiceNow Administration:

• Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform.
• Configure and support Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge Management, and Service Catalog modules.
• Manage users, roles, groups, ACLs, notifications, reports, and dashboards.
• Support CMDB and Service Management processes aligned with ITIL best practices.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.

ServiceNow Development:

• Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow applications and custom solutions.
• Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Catalog Items.
• Build workflows and Flow Designer solutions.
• Develop and support REST/SOAP integrations with internal and external systems.
• Create and maintain ATF (Automated Test Framework) test cases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues while ensuring optimal performance.
