About this role
Role & responsibilities
To build & lead to achieve all the service center target.
Ensuring 5Sservice center and the atmosphere is maintained clean & pleasant.
To conduct QLQD audit and maintain standard sat the SC.
Ensuring customer complaint closure within 48 Hours
Monitor complaint raised through the internal PSF; ensure all the complaints are closed within 48 hours.
Ensure the service team maintains the quality operation from receiving the customer to delivery of the vehicle.
Training the team & ensuring low attrition at workshop.
To conduct promotional activity
Managing all workshop activities including, diagnosing faults, repairs& servicing of vehicles to standard and reception activities and delivery of the customer service process.
Promoting AMC & RS Awareness to all the serviced customers.
Managing &monitoring the equipment AMC and DIGI related mobiles, printer; WIFI in working condition.
Managing &monitoring the warranty process & ensure to send the parts every 15 days.
Ensuring7-dayoperation&followstricttiminginworkshop operation.
Adhere Government norms to maintain workshop by following all the safety measure.
