Walk-in || Service Engineer

Role & responsibilities

1. Taking and noting complaints from client.

2. Arranging spares and other materials to get the work done

3. Corodinating with site service engieers and getting work done from them

4. Customer support and solving thier complaints

Preferred candidate profile

1. Candidate having knowledge in the filed of water treatment and waste water treatment plant

or

2. Having knowledge of service team and handling service members to get the work done

or

3. Having worked in facility management and solving querries of clients
