About the Role
We are looking for a technically skilled and customer-focused Service Engineer to handle installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of company products/equipment.
Key Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and maintain company products/equipment at customer sites.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical and mechanical issues.
• Perform regular servicing, maintenance, and repairs.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers.
• Coordinate with the technical and production teams to resolve service-related issues.
• Prepare service reports and maintain proper service documentation.
• Conduct site visits as required for installation and servicing.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and service requests.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, and servicing.
• Good problem-solving and technical skills.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings/manuals.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel for customer/site visits.

Eligibility

• ITI/Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a relevant field.
• 1-4 years of relevant experience in service/maintenance/installation.
• Freshers may be considered based on technical knowledge and skills.

Salary
15,000-30,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience, skills, knowledge & previous salary).
