Walk-in || Service Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with regional service teams, service engineers, and branch offices for Pan India service activities.
• Monitor service requests, work orders, pending jobs, and service call closures.
• Maintain and update service-related data, records, and documentation in the ERP system.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports, service trackers, and pending service reports using MS Excel.
• Follow up with regional teams to ensure timely service updates and closure of pending activities

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 13 years of experience in service coordination, service operations, or a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of SAP MM and SAP S/4HANA.
• Basic understanding of ERP systems and service-related transactions.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
• Strong communication, coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• Experience coordinating with multiple branches or regional teams will be an added advantage.
