Role Overview:
We are looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor to handle customer inquiries, understand their requirements, recommend suitable services, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and chat.
- Understand customer requirements and explain IndiaFilings services.
- Recommend suitable business, tax, compliance, and registration services.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely service delivery.
- Follow up with customers until successful closure.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM.
- Achieve assigned sales and service targets.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Strong customer handling and relationship management skills.
- Basic understanding of sales & service processes.
- Ability to confidently explain products/services.
- Good listening, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.
