Walk-in || Service Advisor

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Attend to customers and understand their service requirements
2. Prepare job cards and explain repair/service requirements
3. Coordinate between customers and the service technicians
4. Provide regular updates on vehicle service status
5. Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
6. Handle customer queries and service-related concerns
7. Maintain proper service records and follow dealership processes

Preferred candidate requirement

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar automobile service role
Two-wheeler / motorcycle service experience preferred
Good communication and customer-handling skills
Basic knowledge of motorcycle servicing and repairs
Positive attitude and ability to work in a team

Freshers are not eligible
