- Manage the eBooks2go Bookstore Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter pages
- Promote Prowess new titles across all social media channels
- Grow the Prowess and eBooks2go Bookstore followings
- Create promotional graphics for Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
- Create video book trailers
- Create push notifications for the EasyReadz app with OneSignal
- Respond to customer questions pertaining to the online bookstore
- Develop and promote giveaways, limited-time offers, and flash sales for the bookstore through social media pages
- Develop email marketing campaigns to increase book sales
- Develop email marketing campaigns to collect book reviews
- Update social media cover images on a bi-weekly basis
- Manage the eBooks2go Bookstore storefront
- Update Featured Books and Featured Authors sections on the eBooks2go Bookstore on a monthly basis
- Create weekly web traffic and post engagement reports to evaluate the effectiveness of social media content for the bookstore
- Analyze and report results of ad campaigns for the bookstore
