Job Description

We are looking for skilled Domestic IT Recruiters with 2+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, mandatory C2H hiring experience, and good exposure to Oracle and SAP technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Domestic IT recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Handle C2H requirements and understand client hiring needs.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other platforms.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.
• Understand Oracle and SAP technologies and identify suitable candidates for relevant requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, negotiate offers, and follow up until joining.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and achieve hiring targets.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2+ years of Domestic IT recruitment experience.
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience in C2H recruitment.
• Good exposure to Oracle and SAP technologies.
• Excellent verbal communication and strong candidate interaction skills.
• Good understanding of technical requirements and candidate screening.
• Strong sourcing, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet recruitment targets.

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM
