Position: Senior Talent Acquisition – Consulting Background Mandatory

We are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition professional from a Consulting / Recruitment Consulting background with strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, niche hiring, product hiring and FTE hiring.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Strong hands-on expertise in sourcing and screening candidates.
• Handle niche and specialized hiring requirements.
• Proven experience in Product Hiring and FTE Hiring.
• Manage multiple hiring requirements and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure timely closures.
• Drive candidate engagement, offer negotiation, closure and onboarding.
• Consistently meet hiring targets and closure timelines.

Must-Have Skills

5–7 years of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience
Consulting / Recruitment Consulting background is MANDATORY
Strong sourcing & screening expertise
Niche Hiring experience
Product Hiring experience
Strong FTE Hiring experience
End-to-End Recruitment experience till onboarding
Strong negotiation and candidate closure skills
Target-driven approach
