Store Manager Eligibility

• Graduate with 4+ years of overall retail experience, including 2+ years in SM / ASM / DM/ Floor Manager roles.
  • Strong experience in store operations, sales, team management and target achievement.
  • Excellent customer service and people-management skills.

Senior Store Manager / Store Director – Eligibility

• 6+ years of overall retail experience.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a Store Manager / equivalent leadership role.
  • Strong experience in store operations, sales, business targets and team leadership.
  • Experience in large-format retail is preferred.
  • Proven ability to drive store performance, customer experience and revenue growth.
