Walk-in || Senior Site Engineer

Role & Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site teams for smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain quality and safety compliance.
• Prepare daily progress reports, material reconciliation, and site documentation.
• Coordinate with planning, QA/QC, and billing teams to achieve project milestones.
• Resolve on-site technical issues and ensure efficient resource utilization.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction site execution.
• Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, site supervision, and quality standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic project documentation is preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work at project sites and travel as required.
