Eligibility Criteria

• Notice Period: Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 15 days
• Education: BE/B.Tech (any specialization), BCA, or MCA graduates only.

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot server hardware, operating systems, and enterprise applications.
• Manage and administer virtualization platforms (VMware & Hyper-V).
• Provision, configure, and maintain infrastructure in Azure and AWS Cloud environments.
• Administer Active Directory, Group Policies (GPO), ADFS, Azure AD, and identity management services.
• Manage core infrastructure services such as DNS, DHCP, and directory services.
• Support and administer Office 365, email servers, and mail relay systems.

Backup & Disaster Recovery

• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot enterprise backup solutions such as Veeam Backup & Replication.
• Perform backup monitoring, restore testing, and ensure compliance with DR policies.

Patch & Vulnerability Management

• Implement and manage patching strategies using SCCM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager).
• Handle Qualys Patch Management and vulnerability remediation lifecycle.
• Apply OS and application patches regularly and ensure compliance across servers.

VDI & Secure Access

• Administer and support Accops (VDI, MFA, and secure remote access solutions).
• Ensure secure access and endpoint compliance for remote users.

Security & Monitoring

• Perform daily monitoring of servers, systems, and infrastructure services.
• Oversee system security, access control, and compliance adherence.
• Coordinate with network/security teams for access control and secure configurations.

Operations & Maintenance

• Maintain file shares, storage systems, and access permissions.
• Maintain accurate inventory of server hardware and software assets.
• Create and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and DR plans.
• Work with vendors for issue resolution and technical support.
• Ensure smooth functioning of UAT and Production environments.

Support & Collaboration

• Provide technical support and knowledge transfer to end users and IT teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in incident, problem, and change management.
• Participate in Change, Incident, and Release Management processes.

Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, or equivalent.

Strong knowledge of:

• Windows Server Administration
• SCCM, WSUS, Intune
• Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, LDAP

Hands-on experience with:

• Veeam Backup
• Qualys Vulnerability & Patch Management
• Accops (VDI / MFA / Gateway)

Solid understanding of:

• Networking concepts and protocols
• Security, backup, storage, and disaster recovery practices

Experience in Cloud environments (Azure / AWS / Government Data Centers).

Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Release Management).

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting.

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Self-motivated, adaptable, and a strong team player.
