Role & responsibilities
Recruit, onboard, and develop insurance advisors.
Drive health insurance sales through the agency channel.
Train, motivate, and support advisors to achieve business targets. Conduct regular sales meetings, field visits, and performance reviews. Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and customers. Monitor agent activation, productivity, and business performance.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate, 1-5 years of experience in health insurance / general insurance / agency sales.
Experience in agent recruitment and team handling.
Strong communication, networking, and leadership skills.
