Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Sales: Actively source high-ticket unsecured business loans (10L 1Cr) through assigned branch channels and independent DSA networks.
• Partner Management: Onboard, engage, and maintain strong relationships with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) to ensure a steady pipeline of business.
• Branch Collaboration: Work closely with the internal branch banking teams to tap into existing customer databases and generate high-value leads.
• End-to-End Execution: Manage the entire loan process from initial customer contact, documentation, and login, to coordinate with credit teams for smooth underwriting and final disbursement.
• Market Awareness: Understand local market dynamics, competitor offerings, and industry trends to position our financial products effectively.

Who We Are Looking For

• Gender: Female (Exclusive Diversity Drive)
• Profile Type: Strictly looking for currently working women professionals with a proven track record in financial sales.
• Experience: 2 to 7 years of experience in Sales / Relationship Management within Banking, NBFCs.
• Domain Expertise: Prior experience in sourcing Unsecured Business Loans, LAP, or working with DSA channels is highly preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication, strong negotiation skills, and a result-oriented mindset.
