Senior Sales Engineer (Global Business Development)

1. The Mission
The candidate will be the face of Reva Project Engineers in the global market. They must bridge the gap between Reva's high-end engineering (ISO 9001:2015 certified) and the evolving needs of large-scale commercial bakers and industrial bread plants worldwide.
2. Key Responsibilities
Global Market Expansion: Identify and appoint international distributors and dealers in high-growth markets (Middle East, Africa, SE Asia).
High-Value Project Sales: Lead the sales cycle for fully automatic bread-making plants and cookie-dropping lines (ticket sizes of 10 Lakhs to 1 Cr+).
Consultative Selling: Analyze a client's production floor and recommend the right Reva automation (e.g., replacing manual dividers with Revas Automated Bun Dividers) to reduce labor costs and increase yield.
Exhibition & Brand Management: Represent Reva at major international food-tech trade shows (like Gulfood, IBIE, or IBA) to generate high-quality leads.
Local Market Leadership: Solidify the presence in major Indian bakery hubs, ensuring Reva remains the first choice for both "Smallest Bakers to Largest Bakers."
