The Senior Relationship Manager (SRM) is responsible for managing high-value clients (premium/elite members) and ensuring successful matchmaking outcomes through personalized relationship management, customer engagement, and consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a portfolio of high-net-worth or premium clients to assist in their partner search journey.
• Understand client preferences, expectations, and background to offer tailored match recommendations.
• Build long-term trusted relationships through regular follow-ups, meetings, and counseling sessions.
• Work closely with internal matchmaking and service delivery teams for effective coordination.
• Handle escalations and ensure smooth resolution of client issues.
• Maintain detailed documentation of interactions and progress in CRM tools.
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate / Postgraduate (any discipline).
• 1-8 years of experience in preferably from client relationship management,
