Walk-in || Senior Recruiter/ Junior Recruiter

Job Summary:

The Senior Recruiter is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring timely hiring of quality talent, coordinating with hiring managers and candidates, and maintaining recruitment documentation and onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, consultancies, and referrals.
• Screen profiles and coordinate interviews with HODs and Management.
• Follow up with candidates until successful onboarding.
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, agreements, JR (Job Responsibilities), and CL (Employee Checklist).
• Conduct employee induction and complete joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate database, and employee records.
• Ensure timely closure of vacancies and replacement hiring when required.
• Perform additional recruitment-related tasks assigned by Management.

Qualification & Experience

• Any Graduate
• 2 - 7 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.

Skills

• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
• Experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and recruitment consultancies.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and meet deadlines.
