Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage the procurement of materials, equipment, and services required for our projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in vendor negotiation, purchase order management, and inventory coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
• Source and procure materials as per project and department needs
• Issue purchase orders (POs) and follow up with suppliers for timely delivery
• Compare prices, specifications, and delivery terms
• Maintain purchase records and documentation
• Coordinate with accounts and stores for invoice and material inward process
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors
• Ensure cost-effective procurement and timely availability of materials
• Track inventory levels and reordering requirements
Key Requirements:
• 23/2-5 years of experience in procurement/purchase operations
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Familiarity with basic accounting and documentation
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and ERP systems (preferred)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of electrical/mechanical materials (preferred, not mandatory)
