Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle international voice calls from UK customers with excellent customer service skills.
  
• Provide prompt resolutions to customer queries and concerns through effective communication.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets and meet performance metrics.
  
• Stay updated on product knowledge and process guidelines to ensure efficient handling of complex issues.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in International Voice Process or similar industry (Inbound).
  
• Excellent English language proficiency for clear communication with customers.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills for resolving customer complaints efficiently.
  
• Ability to work flexible shifts including rotational shifts as per business requirements.
