Walk-in || Senior Process Executive - Digital Marketing

Role Overview:

We are looking for a digital marketing professional to support global advertisers and account teams in managing and optimizing video advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and optimize creator/boost campaigns based on performance, budget, audience targeting, and client KPIs.
• Review creator content for brand safety, copyright compliance, Brand Partner Access (BPA), and asset validity.
• Vet creator videos for brand partnerships and identify potential partnership/upsell opportunities.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance across paid and organic metrics.
• Prepare post-campaign reports and recommend high-performing creator assets for additional media boosting.
• Coordinate with global clients and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, Ads, performance marketing, campaign management, or optimization.
• Good understanding of Ads or similar advertising platforms.
• Knowledge of key digital advertising metrics such as CTR, CPM, CPV, CPA, targeting, and automated bidding.
• Exposure to Video Ads and Demand Gen campaigns.
• Experience working with global clients/international brands is preferred.
• Strong MS Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and advanced functions.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to AI-driven and creator analytics tools.

Certification :

• Ads Certification preferred/required as applicable.
