Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Eye check-up, prescriptions, dispending
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products (Lens, Frames, etc).
• Stay updated on the latest products, offers, and features in the market.
• Ensure attractive and organized product displays in the store.
• Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support as needed.
• Coordinate with the store team for smooth operations.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience preferred in Clinical/Hospital
• Passion for customer service .
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude.
• Willingness to work on weekends and holidays, as per retail schedules.
• Basic computer skills (billing systems, product lookups, etc.)
