Mandatory Requirement: Strong Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Rahul Jains MIS course.Job SummaryRiverwood Projects LLP is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive with expertise in Advanced Excel, MIS reporting, dashboard creation, and reporting automation. The ideal candidate should be capable of preparing accurate management reports, analyzing business data, and streamlining reporting processes to support effective decision-making.

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
• Create and maintain Excel-based dashboards, reports, and performance trackers.
• Work extensively with Advanced Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and INDEX-MATCH.
• Develop interactive dashboards and data visualizations using Looker Studio.
• Automate repetitive reporting tasks using Google Apps Script.
• Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze data from different departments.
• Identify trends, discrepancies, performance gaps, and actionable insights.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports.
• Handle ad-hoc reporting requirements and management data requests.
• Maintain proper documentation and improve existing reporting processes.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in MIS reporting or data analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel and dashboard development.
• Hands-on knowledge of Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and INDEX-MATCH.
• Practical knowledge of Google Apps Script and reporting automation.
• Familiarity with Looker Studio and data visualization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in Real Estate, EPC, Construction, or Infrastructure will be preferred.
• Familiarity with Rahul Jains MIS course is required.

Technical Interview AssessmentCandidates should be prepared to demonstrate their knowledge of:

1. Advanced Excel formulas and Pivot Tables.
2. MIS dashboards and management reporting.
3. Google Apps Script for report automation.
4. Looker Studio dashboards and data visualization.
