Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with strong expertise in backend application development and distributed systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing and developing scalable, high-performance applications using Java and modern cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications.
• Build and enhance Microservices using Spring Boot and REST APIs.
• Lead technical discussions, perform code reviews, and mentor team members.
• Develop cloud-native applications on AWS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
• Follow DevOps and CI/CD best practices.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in Java development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java 8/11/17 and Core Java.
• Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, and Hibernate.
• Strong knowledge of Microservices Architecture and REST APIs.
• Experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, SQS, and SNS.
• Good understanding of SQL, database design, and NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.
• Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Strong understanding of OOPs, Data Structures, Algorithms, Design Patterns, Multithreading, and Concurrency.
• Experience with Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and code quality tools like SonarQube.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Terraform and Helm.
• Exposure to Redis, Cassandra, or MongoDB.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Prior experience leading technical teams or mentoring developers.
