Walk-in || Senior KG Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with the schools curriculum.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports each childs learning needs.
• Use play-based and interactive teaching methods to enhance cognitive, motor, and social skills.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to parents and school administration.
• Organize activities that promote creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork.
• Encourage good behavior and a sense of responsibility among students.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to maintain a high standard of education.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and development.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/ Montessori Training in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
• Teaching certification or relevant qualifications in early childhood education.
• Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in a kindergarten or early childhood setting.
• Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with modern teaching strategies and digital learning tools is a plus.
