Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter / Technical Recruiter responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for various technology roles. The ideal candidate should have strong technical hiring knowledge, sourcing expertise, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work on multiple requirements simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from requirement understanding to candidate joining.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Handle hiring for technical roles across technologies such as Java, .NET, React, Angular, Python, Cloud, DevOps, Data, AI/ML, SAP, Salesforce, etc.
• Understand technical JDs and effectively evaluate candidate profiles against requirements.
• Conduct initial screening, including technical skill validation, communication, experience, CTC, notice period, and location.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers/panels.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate compensation and manage offer closures.
• Ensure candidates join as committed and proactively manage offer drops / counteroffers / notice-period issues.
• Work closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and market availability.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and provide regular updates on pipeline, submissions, interviews, selections, offers, and joining status.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Good understanding of IT technologies and technical job descriptions.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong sourcing and Boolean search skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and work under tight deadlines.
• Good negotiation and candidate-engagement skills.
• Experience working with ATS/recruitment tools is preferred.
