Walk-in || Senior Human Resource Recruiter Executive

Manage end-to-end recruitment, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, follow up till joining, maintain MIS, achieve hiring targets, and handle multiple requirements. Recruitment/staffing industry experience required.

Required Candidate profile

5-6 years of recruitment experience in Recruitment/Staffing industry mandatory. Strong in end-to-end hiring, Naukri/LinkedIn sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation & joining.
