Walk-in || Senior Human Resource Generalist Executive

Roles and responsibilities

• HR Executive will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee records, onboarding, attendance, payroll support, and employee relations.
• The role includes coordinating hiring processes, maintaining HR documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting employee engagement activities.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Humanities (B.B.A./B.M.S.) or Master's degree (MBA/PGDM) in Human Resource Management/Industrial Relations preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong Understanding of HR Operations, including recruitment, employee relation, grievance handling, performance appraisal and exit interviews.
