Walk-in || Senior HR Recruiter - Mumbai, Lower Parel - Kamala Mills

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for healthcare and diagnostic operations.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and recruitment drives.
• Recruit healthcare professionals including Pathologists, Biochemists, Lab Technicians, Radiographers, Phlebotomists, Nurses, Doctors, Centre Managers, Accountants, HR Executives, and Support Staff.
• Coordinate with department heads and operational teams to understand manpower requirements.
• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic and virtual interviews, and schedule final interviews.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Negotiate salaries, release offer letters, and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
• Conduct background verification and document validation.
• Build talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions.
• Coordinate campus drives, job fairs, and mass hiring initiatives.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment MIS reports.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs including TAT, joining ratio, offer-to-joining ratio, and source effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and healthcare staffing requirements.
• Support employee onboarding and induction processes as required.

Educational Qualification:

• MBA (HR) / PGDM (HR) / Master's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

Experience:

• 5+ years of recruitment experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Healthcare, Hospital, Diagnostic Centre, Pathology Laboratory, or Medical Staffing recruitment preferred.
• Experience in bulk hiring and multi-location recruitment will be an added advantage.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in Job Portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Apna, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MIS preparation.
• Experience working with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and HRMS.
• Strong sourcing and screening capabilities.

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to travel for recruitment drives and bulk hiring activities.
• Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Experience in recruiting for NABL-accredited laboratories, hospitals, diagnostic centres, and healthcare projects will be highly preferred.
