Walk-in || Senior Executive - Payroll (India, US, Philippines & Mexico)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage payroll processing for India, US, Philippines, and Mexico regions.
  
• Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries to employees through various payment modes (e.g., bank transfer).
  
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to employee data, benefits, or taxes.
  
• Provide subject matter expertise on Indian Payroll (PF), US Payroll (Federal Tax), Philippines Payroll (BIR), and Mexico Payroll (ISRP).
  
• Stay updated with changes in local labor laws and regulations affecting payroll operations.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-6 years of experience in managing international payrolls across multiple countries (India, US, Philippines & Mexico).
  
• Strong knowledge of Indian Payroll (PF), US Payroll (Federal Tax), Philippines Payroll (BIR), and Mexico Payroll (ISRP).
  
• Experience working with global HR systems such as Workday or similar platforms.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
