Walk-in || Senior Executive - Operations

We are seeking motivated individuals for various positions including Senior Executive, Team Lead and Assistant Manager. The exact designation will depend on your experience and interview assessment.

Position Overview: As part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate inventory management, maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving process improvements. You will play a key role in optimizing warehouse operations and ensuring high levels of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound operations.
• Maintain good working relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Assist in meeting performance targets and participate in problem-solving initiatives.
• Ensure all service providers meet LLPs requirements and follow SOPs.
• Provide accurate MIS and billing inputs for LSP billing.
• Review daily working processes and conduct team/customer meetings.
• Supervise operations and coordinate with the JCB Jaipur team and LSPs.
• Ensure operational issues are registered, resolved, or escalated timely.
• Participate in quality assurance initiatives and ensure safe working practices.
• Develop a high-performance service culture and manage employee performance.

Requirements:

• Experience in inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
