Position:- Sr. Associate, A2 Bordereaux Production, Submission & Management

WALKIN IF YOU HAVE RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

Role Description :-

• Prepare, review and validate premium, claims and risk Bordereaux in line with Lloyds and market requirement
• Ensure accurate data capture, formatting and mapping as per the contract specifications and reporting templates
• Monitor submission deadlines and maintain accurate records of all Bordereaux reports
• Assist with regulatory reporting and provide data insights for internal stakeholders.
• Manage and resolve queries from underwriters, brokers and coverholders relating to bordereaux submissions.
• Liaise with internal teams to provide clarification and ensure timely resolution.
• Escalate complex issues while ensuring continuous follow-up until closure.
• Responsible to handle high volume of transactions and identify scenarios demanding escalation to supervisor to avoid any escalations/complaints
• Floor support to new hires and mentoring them wrt query handling

Working with QA team on escalations

Key Minimum Skills :-

• Strong knowledge of the Lloyds of London Market especially Delegated Authority and bordereaux reporting
• Proficiency in excel, bordereaux management system and data validation tool
• Excellent data comprehension skills to read and carefully interpret business requirements
• Good understanding of Insurance Life cycle and Terms
• Good business writing skills
