Position - Sr. Associate, A2 Handling of CC Queries

Role Description

• Reviewing and updating the MRC/Endorsement data into the client systems
• Updating slip details into the client system and processing endorsements
• Understanding of Bureau and Non-Bureau policy documents and updating data to client systems, interpret necessary information for completing assigned tasks
• Premium calculation based on available data
• Contact relevant parties to obtain missing information (as necessary)
• Manage and resolve queries from underwriters, brokers and coverholders relating to bordereaux submissions.
• Able to read invoices, PRFs, and documents relating to portfolio transfers
• Responsible to handle high volume of transactions and identify scenarios demanding escalation to supervisor to avoid any escalations/complaints
• Floor support to new hires and mentoring them wrt query handling
• Working with QA team on escalations

Preferable knowledge of IMR, LPANs & Treaty business

Key Minimum Skills

• Preferred knowledge of the Lloyds of London Market (MRC/Binders/LPANs)
• Excellent data comprehension skills to read and carefully interpret business requirements
• Good understanding of Insurance Life cycle and Terms
• Good business writing skills
