Walk-in || Senior Executive - HR Operations (Walkin Drive)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage employee life cycle events such as onboarding, offboarding, full & final settlement, exit process.
  
• Ensure seamless execution of HR operations including F&F processing.
  
• Coordinate with various stakeholders for smooth implementation of HR initiatives.
  
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to employee data and attendance management.
  
• Provide support in resolving queries and issues related to employee benefits.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in HR Operations or similar role.
  
• Strong understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management (ELC).
  
• Proficiency in handling Full & Final Settlement (F&F) processes.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with stakeholders.
