Walk-in || Senior Executive - Accounts

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end revenue and expense billing, including invoice verification, customer billing, vendor bills, credit/debit notes and billing reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports covering revenue, expenses, receivables, payables.
• Handle GST compliance, including preparation and filing of GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B, GST liability workings and reconciliation of books with GSTR-2B/ITC records.
• Manage TDS compliance, including TDS applicability, monthly deduction/payment, 24Q/26Q/27Q, TDS reconciliation and Form 26AS reconciliation.
• Perform customer, vendor, bank, GST and TDS reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of differences.
• Monitor accounts receivable, outstanding ageing and collections, including overdue MIS and customer-wise follow-up.
• Coordinate month-end closing, provisions, accruals, ledger scrutiny and financial reporting.
• Support statutory, internal, tax and GST audits, notices and preparation of audit schedules/supporting documents.
