Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Executive to support our Finance & Accounts team in managing day-to-day accounting activities, with hands-on experience in Fixed Assets and Accounts Payable (AP).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Manage Accounts Payable activities, including invoice verification, processing, and vendor reconciliation.
• Maintain and update Fixed Asset records, including additions, disposals, transfers, and depreciation.
• Perform vendor and account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal accounting policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for invoice and payment-related queries.
• Support audit requirements by providing necessary financial records and documents.
• Prepare routine accounting reports and MIS as required.
• Ensure timely and accurate accounting entries in the system.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
• Hands-on experience in Accounts Payable and Fixed Assets accounting.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Added Advantage

• Working knowledge of Oracle ERP/Oracle Financials will be an added advantage.
